Driver Age & License
Minimum age for drivers is 25 years old and must have held a driving license for at least 5 years and  driver must be maximum 65 years old.

Minimum Car Rental Duration
Our most advantageous car rental rates apply to rentals of 3 days or longer. However, you can also rent a vehicle for 1 or 2 days at our minimum charges.

Payments
All prices on this website (www.ayazcarhire.com) are displayed and quoted in British Pounds (GBP).

However, payments can also be made in Turkish Lira, Euros or US Dollars—via cash or card—based on the daily exchange rates applicable at the time of payment.

Deposit
The deposit is 100 British Pounds. And it is refunded immediately upon return of the vehicle without any problems. Each customer can have their deposit recorded with videos and photos when picking up and returning the vehicle to help keep it secure with us.

Additional Driver
Free of charge! We are not charging extra for 2nd drive, Only 2 drivers can be added to our agreement paper.

Fuel
The car will be delivered with minimum level of fuel, and the car can then be returned low level as same. Left fuel is not refundable.

Baby Seat
£2 per day per baby/booster seat. We have only limited amount of baby seats. Please book your baby seat at same time of your car.

Duration Extension of Car Rental
Should you wish to extend your rental beyond the agreed date of termination, it is important that Ayaz Rent A Car office is informed immediately so that insurance cover is extended.

Passing to South Cyprus
Our cars cannot be taken to south Cyprus due to government rules and regulations. Only in Northern Cyprus can be driveable.

Our Insurance Type
All rental prices include Third-Party Liability Insurance. Please note that vehicles in our fleet are not covered by Full Comprehensive Insurance.

Third-Party Liability Insurance covers damage caused to the other party in the event of a collision, subject to policy terms and conditions. It does not cover non-collision damages such as parking damage, tires, windows, headlights, or lost/damaged keys. In the event of an accident, a police report must be obtained for the insurance to remain valid.

Third-Party Liability Insurance covers damages caused to the other party in the event of a collision, provided all insurance terms and conditions are fully met.

The insurance does not cover damages unrelated to a collision, including but not limited to:

  • Parking damage
  • Tire damage
  • Broken windows or windshields
  • Damaged or broken headlights
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged keys

In the event of an accident, customers must immediately contact the police and obtain an official accident report in order for the insurance to be valid.

We have our own parking area and offering free shuttle transfer between Ercan Airport

The transfer time is typically just 10 minutes! However, on busy days, especially when other guests arrive just before you, the journey may take up to 30 minutes to allow for drop-offs and pick-ups at the airport. Please allow extra time for our shuttle driver to ensure a smooth transfer.
